We provide ongoing preventive maintenance, mechanical servicing, and system repairs throughout Brentwood Mall. Our team supports critical building infrastructure including cooling towers, HVAC systems, and mechanical rooms servicing over 250 retail units across the property.

Our scope of work includes cooling tower maintenance and pump motor repairs, HVAC diagnostics and servicing, food court plumbing maintenance, tenant plumbing repairs, and installation of mechanical equipment. We also perform ongoing service work for retail stores, mechanical system upgrades, and emergency mechanical repairs to ensure the mall’s mechanical systems operate efficiently year-round.
